Donna's Art Journey
Today my painting was looking unoriginal,. so I swung my paintbrush around with bold strokes…haha….ok…so….I lost my cool , but something had to give. I wanted more life, fun and passion in it! I totally feel like I broke through! Doing that a lot lately…things that make you go hmmmmmm

“mountain flowers” This acrylic painting has thousands of dots I am still enjoying working on! A labor of love.

After chillin out, eating some of my super tasty homemade popcorn and drinking coffee while on the phone with a couple different friends I just started painting. Funny how just casually looking at it can help you get a clearer plan.

A start of another acrylic painting. This is my largest to date and is 20x24 inches. The painting is a gift to my daughter Erica at her request so I will make prints of this to sell. She wanted something with lots of color. What you will see is my interpretation of this photo that gets sent around in e-mails as “God’s paintbrush”. It is so beautiful and you can find more stunning photos labeled with the same name but different scenes, autumn and such. I cannot give credit to who took this photo because the origin is unknown. So whoever you are…thank you for sharing your beautiful photo.
